I would like to announce that ARCCA Incorporated has purchased the assets of Kevin Kennedy Associates (KKA). Some of you may recall that I was President and a minority owner of KKA through early August 2013. Once again, I will be taking over the day-to-day operations of KKA. Initially, I will be reaching out to our valued clients and associates to assure them that the transition will be smooth.
It has been some time since I have posted to the Kevin Kennedy Associates Blog. Over the next few months I will be posting updates as it relates to the transition or the services we continue to offer. Until then, feel free to contact me via email (email@example.com) or by phone (317-735-7000). As always, we will continue to provide services relating to expert witnesses, due diligence, and a variety of services supporting our industrial clients (failure analysis, manufacturing support, etc.).
In discussing the acquisition with Scott Clark, the President of ARCCA, he said “The acquisition of Kevin Kennedy Associates is a win-win situation for KKA and ARCCA clients. ARCCA’s experience in providing expert witnesses to the legal community and KKA’s stable of senior experts are a great combination. We’re also excited about growing the amount of work we do for industrial clients.” Needless to say, but I am excited to be back at KKA working with my former colleagues and friends on challenging problems for our clients.
